I don’t think I’ll ever see cremated remains the same again.

To our eyes, we see what we call 'ash'. Soft whites, greys and tiny fragments of bone. It's not until you put those same fragments under polarised light, that you see what's hiding. A kaliedascope of colours and patterns that look more like tiny galaxies than something we would ever expect to find in cremated remains.

And I think there’s something really special about that. What we see isn’t always all there is.

Sometimes, we just need a different way of looking x
