📆 ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY 📆

At Goulburn Health Hub, we have an attendance and cancellation policy in place for our Specialists and some of our GPs.

⏰ Please provide:
• 48 hours’ notice when cancelling a Specialist appointment
• 4 hours’ notice when cancelling a GP appointment

We understand that sometimes things come up and plans can change. However, if you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let our friendly Reception team know as soon as possible. 🩵

We often have patients waiting for appointments who would be grateful for the opportunity to take an earlier appointment, so providing notice allows us to offer these appointments to someone else.

💳 Late cancellation and non-attendance fees may apply, depending on the circumstances.

Our Doctors’ time is valuable, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible care for all of our patients. 🩵

Dr Chudasama is a Specialist Neurologist and Fellow of the Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with a broad experience in the diagnosis and management of Neurological conditions. His clinical interests include Headache and Migraine, epilepsy, stroke, peripheral neuropathy, movement disorders and general neurology with special interest in Nerve conduction studies and electromyography.

Dr Amin Masoumi is an Australian trained Orthopaedic surgeon with interest in shoulder,knee, elbow and hand/wrist surgery. Dr Masoumi also holds a master’s degree of Sports Medicine from the university of Queensland. ⛹️

Dr Amin Masoumi consults privately in Canberra and now Goulburn, operating at the Goulburn Base Hospital publicly.
