After more than three wonderful years with our practice, it is time to say goodbye to Dr Ahmed Farrag.

Dr Farrag has been a valued member of our team, providing compassionate care and support to so many patients throughout his time with us. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication and the positive impact he has made on our clinic and our community.

As part of our Meet the Team series, we’d like to introduce Dr Ayesha Abedin, one of our dedicated General Practitioners at Bradfordville Medical Centre. 💙

Dr Abedin is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centred care for individuals and families of all ages. She has a special interest in women’s health, children’s health, and chronic disease management, with a focus on preventive care and supporting long-term wellbeing.

Dr Abedin is committed to building trusted relationships with her patients and delivering evidence-based healthcare in a welcoming and supportive environment.

She holds a FRACGP, a Diploma in Child Health, and an Emergency Medicine Certificate, and speaks both English and Bangla, helping patients communicate comfortably and confidently about their healthcare needs.

A special goodbye . . . for now! 💕

This week, we celebrated Dr May with a special dinner before she starts her maternity leave today!

We would like to wish her and her family all the very best as they prepare to welcome their newest little one. We hope she enjoys this precious time with her growing family.

While we will certainly miss having her around the practice, we know this is such an exciting chapter, and we look forward to welcoming her back after her maternity leave.

We cant wait to meet the newest member of your family 💐

Please note that Bradfordville Medical Centre will be open on Saturday, 11th July, however there will be no GPs, nurses, pathology or other clinic services available.

Our physiotherapist will be consulting as scheduled, but no general practice appointments or walk-in medical services will be available.

COORDINARE’s Health Check Convoy will be in Goulburn on Monday, 3 August, offering a range of FREE health and wellbeing services, including skin checks, blood pressure and heart health checks, dental checks, mental health support, health information and more.

🚛 Health Check Convoy 2026 is coming to Southern NSW!

Free health and wellbeing services will be available across Southern NSW from 3–7 August 2026, making it easier for people to access important health services close to home.

Drop in between 10am and 3pm and access a range of free services, including:

✅ Heart health, blood pressure, weight and BMI checks
✅ Mental health support
✅ Health information
✅ Dental checks
✅ A mobile mental health service providing free haircuts, beauty services and counselling
✅ A safe space to chat and connect with support services

Delivered through a partnership between COORDINARE and local health and community service providers, the Health Check Convoy brings healthcare and support services directly into local communities.
