**Important Update – Skin Check Appointments**

Dear Patients,

Please be advised that Dr James will no longer be providing dedicated Skin Check appointments at our Grafton clinic.

If you require a Skin Check, you have the following options:

✅ Book a Skin Check appointment with Dr James at our Iluka clinic; or

✅ Book with one of our Grafton GPs who provides Skin Check services.

Our team is committed to ensuring you continue to receive high-quality skin cancer screening and care. If any further assessment or treatment is required, your GP will discuss the most appropriate management plan with you.
