Aging well isn’t something you achieve. It’s something you practice, the way you practice anything that keeps revealing new layers the longer you stay with it. The Vibrant Pathway is a program built around that idea. You’ll look at how you move, how you rest, how you nourish yourself, and the stories you’ve been telling yourself about what this chapter is supposed to look like.
The Vibrant Pathway is for you if:

The Vibrant Pathway is delivered in 6 modules over 6 months.
Each month you work through one module in your own time, and then we come together in person at SoHo Yoga toward the end of the month to move, discuss, and integrate. You’ll also have WhatsApp access to Julie and the group between sessions, as well as lifetime access to all six modules.
This is not another menopause gathering. It’s six months of inspiration, connection, and clarity for women who want to navigate the second half of life with more ease and more joy.
