Here are some snaps the NDIS Remote QLD Team took during their recent trip up north! ๐Ÿ’œ

As part of their mission to support service delivery in remote regions, the team visited Dajarra, Queensland where they connected with the local community.

Dajarraโ€™s isolated location makes it challenging for the community to access certain supports, and visits like these provide the team with the opportunity to

๐Ÿ‘‰ identify potential participants

๐Ÿ‘‰ strengthen referral pathways

๐Ÿ‘‰ connect people with the appropriate supports

๐Ÿ‘‰ increase awareness of the NDIS.

Alongside the NDIS Remote Team, weโ€™re committed to improving access and outcomes for people living in remote and very remote communities.
