July is Disability Pride Month, a time to celebrate the diversity, strength, and experiences of people living with disability.

It's also a reminder that not every disability can be seen.

Many people live with invisible disabilities, chronic illnesses, neurological conditions, mental health conditions, or ongoing health challenges that aren't obvious to others. While you may not see what someone is experiencing, that doesn't make their journey any less real.

This Disability Pride Month, let's choose understanding over assumptions, patience over judgement, and kindness in every interaction.

There's nothing we love more than a boogie at Piano Bar! 🎹💃🕺

Our participants had an absolute blast on Sunday, enjoying great music, plenty of dancing, lots of laughs, and even better company.

Oh what a night! 🎹 🕺

On Sunday, some of our participants headed to the Piano Bar for an afternoon filled with great music, plenty of laughs, and, of course, lots of dancing!

Seeing everyone enjoying themselves, connecting with others, and making wonderful memories is what community outings are all about. The best part? We can't wait to do it all again this Sunday! 🎶✨
