Guardian of the natural world and gatekeeper to her secrets, the Green Man stands for fertility, growth and protection of the wild. Found on sacred buildings across the Celtic lands, he features prominently in our ancestral past, and is the fertile aspect of the horned god; Herne is the hunter/destroyer aspect.

MEANING
The Green Man represents the masculine aspects of life: taking risks, expressing yourself in the world, moving forward with confidence. Prosperity and richness can now be claimed by those advancing with purpose. Relationships are also highlighted.

St. Mother Teresa lived as an example of how much good work one individual could do. She was born in 1910 in Albania under the birth name Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu. She became a nun at age 18 and took the name Teresa out of respect for St. Therese of Lisieux. When she was 36 years old, Teresa received a Divine calling to “serve God amongst the poorest of poor.” Within two years, she began a ministry for the impoverished people of Calcutta, India.

She and her sister nuns cared for the starving and dying citizens. Today, more than 500 missions and centers worldwide carry on the legacy of her words: “Faith in action is love, and love in action is service. By transforming that faith into living acts of love, we put ourselves in contact with God Himself, with Jesus our Lord.”

“There is always enough.”

Oracle Message: The koi fish, who grows big within a small pond, reminds us that within each of us is the potential for prosperity. The Law of Abundance ensures that prosperity is our natural state, so regardless of temporary outer conditions, you can call in prosperity and magnetically attract the opportunities and abundance you need. The message of Koi Fish Spirit is to begin to generate wealth within, with deliberate intention, no matter how small your pond may seem—and appreciate abundance wherever you see it.

Outer conditions will come to reflect your inner prosperity, so begin to become the self who is comfortable with wealth in all forms. 28. MENTAL REPETITION

Mental repetition can improve your attitude and help you feel your best. This card suggests you are holding on to limiting beliefs. It is time to embrace a healthier philosophy about your life. Holding yourself to impossibly high expectations, fearing failure or asserting an inability to control your emotions are examples of limiting beliefs. You may have latched on to some unhealthy beliefs or thought patterns.

Just like physical fitness training, mental healing takes repetition and practice. By repeating positive and uplifting thoughts, you can shift away from limiting and unhealthy beliefs. As you further your mental wellbeing, you become more focused, confident, composed and prepared for the unexpected. You can develop coping mechanisms for just about any occurrence.

Mother Nature has tree branches covered in Spanish moss, and cobwebs grow from her head. Spanish moss represents protection. Cobwebs indicate issues in your life that feel overwhelming. “You can learn from the past and imagine a beautiful future, but you must live in the here-and-now.”

Whenever you set your sights too far ahead, you run the risk of losing your footing, for rarely do the present and future match up exactly on the Enchanted Map that is your life story. The future has no substance right now; it is a place that has no grounding as of yet. You can’t live there, yet you can take measured steps toward a goal or dream. These steps are important now.

The same goes for nostalgia. You can look into the past wistfully and remember beautiful moments or revisit lessons learned. However, you can’t live there, nor can you go back and change what was. Yesterday is gone forever. Live fully in the present. The “now” is the most powerful place to put your attention. Its magic reaches out in every direction, further than the heart and soul can see.

The beautiful hovering hummingbird is a positive animal totem. Its simplicity, and seemingly effortless glide across flower gardens reminds us to take things slowly. Often believed to float between realms, hummingbirds are light-bringers. Their healing hum encourages you to open your heart to receive love in your life.

The hummingbird can travel large distances despite its small size and has the ability to fly backwards, reminding us that no matter where we are in life, we can always take a few steps back and try again. Being willing to step back and see things differently in order to take in the sweetness of life is all a part of the hummingbird’s blessing.

The hovering wings of the hummingbird move in an infinite loop – the figure eight pattern; the symbol defined as an unending sequence. This powerful symbol represents endlessness, the infinite life of the spirit. Right now, you have spirit guiding you. There are many messages around you that are waiting to be acknowledged. Pay attention to specific encounters as these special meanings will bring confirmation from the spirit realm.
