Julie Carlton Celebration of Life Celebrant

Julie Carlton Celebration of Life Celebrant I’ve been a Celebrant & Life Storyteller since 2006 - Funerals, Memorials & Celebrations of Life for loved ones. Or I can be MC & coordinate your Living Wake.

Celebrant~Teller of Life Stories~Creator of Ceremonies~Writer~Professional~Experienced~Compassionate~Supportive

I can assist you to create a Celebration of Life Ceremony, Funeral or Memorial Service that honours the life of your loved one. Each ceremony is unique, lovingly and individually crafted in response to the life story of the one who has passed, and the wishes of the grieving family. As

a very experienced Wedding and Funeral Celebrant (since 2006), an ex-teacher and experienced public speaker, I am positive that I will bring dignity, professionalism, creativity, warmth and support for you and your family. My home office is in Greenmount and I am well placed to meet with clients anywhere in the Hills, Midland or Swan Valley but am happy to travel to your home to meet with family members organising the funeral. I look forward to being your Celebrant to celebrate and honour the life of your loved one.

NDAN Presents - How Mushrooms Are Changing the Way We Say Goodbye
We spend our lives trying to make a positive impact. Why should that stop when life ends?

In this inspiring talk, inventor Bob Hendrikx shares the unexpected story of how mushrooms inspired a new way of thinking about death. What began with a coffin grown from mycelium in just seven days has become a movement changing funerals and memorialisation around the world. Recognised by TIME as one of the Best Inventions, Loop is now active in 12 countries and has been chosen for more than 10,000 funerals and memorial moments. As Founder & CEO of Loop Biotech, Bob shares his mission to create products that help people say goodbye meaningfully while enriching the earth for future generations. Now, this movement is coming to Australia and New Zealand.

Bob Hendrikx is an award-winning inventor, architect and biodesigner pioneering a future where products are grown, not manufactured. From living homes and waste-eating objects to the world’s first mushroom coffin, his work explores how collaborating with nature can transform humans from a parasitic into a positive footprint species. As Founder & CEO of Loop Biotech, Bob turns science fiction into reality—creating regenerative products that enrich the planet instead of polluting it.

For Dying to Know this year this question was asked: What's Your Most Loved Funeral Song and Why?
So many people across Australia submitted their favourite songs. Well results are in. Together, we didn’t whisper about death—we YELLED about life with our song choices!
D2K set out to create Australia’s most-loved final playlist, and you absolutely delivered: a soundtrack of songs to celebrate, remember and farewell us by. Australia's Favourite Song is: “Meet Me in the Middle of the Air” by Paul Kelly, which I’d never heard before… but I 💕 it!
