✨A lot of magic happened here and I’m still feeling it ✨

I had a heart filled experience on the weekend with a herd of horses and a sound healing in a bell tent with two lovely facilitators Rachael & Nat out in nature, hearing the birds, feeling & breathing in the land and receiving such beautiful heart messages.

I felt so at home & came away feeling alive, connected and inspired & was reminded of how much I miss living on the farm I grew up on, being surrounded by land, our animals and my childhood horse Ben.

I had a sit and a lay down on top of the horses hay roll and an eagle soared over me high up in the sky 🤩 bliss!

It’s so lovely to receive especially when you are usually the one giving and facilitating. So I feel really blessed to have found this little piece of magic to be a part of for my own self care.

Thankyou to the herd;- Lady for your love and presence, Clover, Octavia & Dobby for your medicine. There was one horse that I didn’t meet on the day, Franklin…. Maybe next time we will be drawn to each other..

I had a lovely time at the launch of this new business ‘Chapters and Chill’ on the weekend.

Led by two gorgeous women Jo & Deb, the afternoon was welcoming, fun & inspiring.

Check out their events here and I am very honored to be apart of their first wellness retreat being held at the end of July in Heallsville, taking the retreat participants through a gentle, grounding & nourishing yoga and sound session.

🍁RYHTHM & REST RETREAT🍁

Feeling blessed and grateful with a heart and cup filled.

We all shared our hearts, words & gratitudes, through movement & stillness.

We blissed out to a crystal bowl & koshi chime sound bath, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, dance & rest all together in circle.

Thankyou to everyone that came and gifted themselves time to slow down, to sense, notice and feel into their bodies in the presence of like minded souls.
