💛 It's R U OK? Day. 💛

A simple conversation can make a big difference. Today is a reminder to check in with the people around you and ask, "Are you OK?"

You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes, listening and showing you care is enough. Let's make looking out for each other something we do every day, not just today.

headspace creates a safe and supportive space for young people. You can meet new people, try new activities and find resources to help you feel OK.

We're here to support you when you need it. You can walk in or call headspace Greensborough or Plenty Valley.

It’s Loneliness Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is all about making room for connection. Feeling lonely is incredibly common—in fact, around 1 in 3 young people experience it regularly. But just because it’s common doesn't mean you have to carry it by yourself.

Connecting doesn’t have to mean big, overwhelming social plans. It can look like:.
✨ Saying hello to the person next to you in class or at work.
✨ Joining a local group or trying a new hobby.
✨ Taking a walk and just being around people in a park or cafe.

This week, how can you in your everyday routine?

If you need some support reach out to headspace Greensborough or Plenty Valley

🖨️✨We’re currently running our 3D Design & Printing Workshop, where young people are learning how ideas can become real objects through 3D modelling software and watching them come to life on the printer.

Workshops like these are all about building confidence, learning new skills, connecting with others, and having fun in our supportive environment at headspace.

What would you create if you had a 3D printer? Let us know in the comments! 👇
