NO LONGER RUNNING CLASSES.
Thursday's class schedule has now changed to 8am due to the heat. If you’re not sure if you want to try yoga or not, please come down and say hello anyways. I’ll be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. See you on the mat!

*Its with great sadness that yoga will not be continuing due to not enough interest. 😥 I thank the people who supported me through this short time 🙏🤗

Weekly Yoga classes held at Forrest Beach SLSC will commence on Tuesday 10th February @ 6.30am and Thursday @ 8am for 1.5 hrs and cost $15.
Please bring your mat, towel and bottle of water. If you don’t have a mat please let me know and I can bring one for you.
All props will be provided.
Look forward to seeing you all then.

To all my lovely clients/friends
I am excited to announce that I will be re-establishing my yoga teaching practice after a long break.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be teaching in the Hunter Valley; instead, I will be based in the small town of Forrest Beach in Far North Queensland, where I now call home. More will follow soon.x
