Gulgong Medical Centre is excited to be partnering with DMMR Australia to offer Home Medication Reviews for eligible patients.

If you’re taking multiple medications, have recently been discharged from hospital, or simply want to make sure you’re getting the most from your medicines, a Home Medication Review may be right for you.

A qualified pharmacist will visit you in the comfort of your own home to review all of your medications, including prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, and supplements.

They will then work closely with your GP to help ensure your medications are safe, effective, and appropriate for your individual needs.

Monday morning friendly reminder:
Please approach the ladies at the reception desk to check in to your appointment. This is important so that we can make sure you are marked as waiting. Sometimes the girls are busy at the front desk and don’t see everyone walk in so this is very important to make it run smooth and reduce waiting times.

Has anyone round town seen the John Deere Ride on Lawn Mower from the back of the clinic.....I appear to have misplaced it.
