• Friendly disposition and excellent interpersonal skills to make patients feel welcome and cared for.
• Sharp mind to process and prioritise information quickly and think clearly when under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactivity to initiative and efficiently follow through in a timely fashion with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic showing a high level of interest and professionalism in the role.
• Flexibility to take on extra shifts (business hrs are 7:45am-6pm).

Merry Christmas 🎄. Wishing everyone a happy and safe festive season. We will be back in the swing of things from Tuesday the 4th January 2022.

We are a busy physiotherapy practice with a fabulous team and are looking for our next super🌟 receptionist.

As one of our reception team you will ensure:
• patients are greeted in a warm and friendly manner, helping them with their appointment needs
• administrative tasks are completed efficiently including answering the phone, responding to emails, making appointments and processing various payment types
• physios are supported by ensuring patient paper work is available and reporting requirements are fulfilled
• rooms and stock are kept clean and tidy to maintain our professional appearance

We have 10-20 hours on offer. These can vary when other staff are on leave and during the training phase.

We’re looking for someone with the following attributes:
• Friendly disposition to make patients feel welcome and comfortable
• Excellent interpersonal skills to hold a conversation and show compassion
• Strong work ethic
• Flexibility
• Well organised; able to prioritise and think clearly when under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Proactive; takes initiative to see what needs to be completed and follows through in a timely fashion with attention to detail

Due to the QLD Government directive all workers in the private health sector must be double vaccinated against COVID-19 by the 15th December.
