Every Senator and MP voting for these NDIS cuts should answer this publicly:
Would you vote for a 50% reduction in the community participation of any other minority group?
Because that is the premise.
Disabled people are in the community too much.
Too visible.
Too supported.
Too expensive to include.
You can call it reform.
You can call it sustainability.
You can hide behind party lines.
But if you vote for a 50% cut to disabled people’s community participation, you own the inference:
Australia should see less of us.
Disabled people understand exactly what this means.
We are not confused.
We are being pushed out.
