PhysioXtra is a one stop Sports Physio clinic with everything you need on site; a Pilates studio, MyPod Podiatry, massage therapists and of course the team of Physiotherapists. The Physiotherapists are of a high quality and are exposed to continual training from industry professionals. Their knowledge and experience with sports athletes is amongst the best that South Australia has to offer. Operat

ing closely with the SANFL in particular the South Adelaide and Glenelg Football Clubs and encompassing state teams for cricket, basketball netball and professional athletes. Unlike many other physiotherapy practices, PhysioXtra provides 30 minute consults where patients receive a complete assessment. Appointment times are scheduled to meet the needs of busy people with early and after hours appointments are available. Our physiotherapists take the time to listen and will monitor your progress very carefully, but most importantly they will find solutions to your problems – not quick fixes!

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 🙌🏻

Yesterday we had the privilege of welcoming Annette Tonkin to facilitate a professional development workshop with our teams from Seaford, Hallett Cove and Victor Harbor.

With more than 30 years’ experience as a physiotherapist, clinic leader and communication educator, Annette shared valuable insights into the power of communication in healthcare and how meaningful conversations can positively influence patient outcomes.

Our team left with practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and plenty to reflect on as we continue striving to provide the best possible care for our patients.

ADMIN PILATES 🙌🏻

Our incredible PilatesX instructor, Claire, kindly put our admin team through a private PilatesX class after work! 💪✨

Patients usually see us behind the front desk, but this time we swapped keyboards for reformers and were definitely put to the test—finishing with a strong plank challenge!

A huge thank you to Claire for giving us a firsthand experience of what our PilatesX classes are all about. We now have an even greater appreciation and understanding of the program we proudly share with our patients every day. 🤩
