Women's Health Week starts on the 7th September. Women are often the carers, the organisers, the nurturers and the problem-solvers. They juggle caregiving with extended family and often their own wellbeing comes last.
Heart Centred Reiki is offering 2 free Reiki treatments, 1 free Scalar wave treatment and a free Reiki group treatment for women.
To go in the draw, you just need to DM me and tell me why you would like to receive the treatment before 11th September. I will be in touch with the winners after the 11th September.

Being grounded makes us stronger. Our nervous system becomes centered, and we are better able to regulate our emotions, and deal with life's stresses.
Reiki helps us to become grounded
Meditation helps us to become grounded
Inhale for a count of five, hold for five, and exhale for five helps us to become more grounded
Connecting with nature helps us to become more grounded
Being barefoot on grass, dirt, or sand helps us become more grounded

Reiki precepts are spiritual guidelines to help us to live a more peaceful, balanced, and mindful life by grounding our focus in the present. Sometimes the hardest of the precepts to live by is not Do not Worry or Do Not Anger, but Be kind to yourself and all living beings. Compassion for ourselves is an important aspect of self care.
