Life happens, and we completely understand that sometimes plans change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice where possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone on our priority waitlist who may be waiting to be seen.

Need to let us know you can't make it? You can call us, email us, or simply reply to one of our appointment reminder texts. Our team will take care of the rest.

Thank you for helping us make sure everyone has the opportunity to access the care they need.

Understanding weight gain during menopause 🌸

It’s not just one thing. It’s hormones, lifestyle shifts, genetics… all happening at once.

And it doesn’t just show up physically. It can affect your energy, your mindset, and how motivated you feel to move your body.

Just like puberty, midlife is another big biological shift. Your body is changing… so your approach might need to as well.

Why does everything suddenly feel… harder?

For so many women in their 30s, 40s and 50s, it’s not just “falling off track” or “losing motivation.” Your body is actually changing.

Hormones shift. Insulin resistance can increase. What used to work, doesn’t hit the same anymore.

In this chat with Amina Ward from , we unpack what’s really going on and why your approach to fitness might need to evolve with you.

Because it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what actually works for your body now.
