Family practice, from the 1st March 2022 will be a mixed billing/ private fee practice we will bulk bill under 16yrs’ over 65 yrs, concession card holders and dva card holders everybody. We are at present open 5 days a week, pre-employment medical, driving license examination, skin cancer check and surgery, cosmetics, immunisations, are privately billed to make appointment pls call 0894143015

This National Stroke Week, Hammond Park Family Practice is joining the Stroke Foundation in encouraging everyone to become a F.A.S.T. Hero.

A stroke can happen to anyone, at any age. Knowing the signs and acting quickly could save a life.

💙 Remember F.A.S.T.

🙂 F – Face: Has one side of their face drooped?
💪 A – Arms: Can they lift both arms?
🗣️ S – Speech: Is their speech slurred or difficult to understand?
⏱️ T – Time: Don't wait. Call 000 immediately.

✅ Essential Criteria:
• Current AHPRA Registration
• CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• HESA Accredited Immunisation Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
