I've had quite a few French-speaking clients on my table, especially Mauritians 🇲🇺❤️
Don't worry, English still works perfectly well 😄
Whether we chat in French or English, tight shoulders, sore necks and stress seem to be an international language.

Happy World Menopause day 🩷

Believe me, I know there are very few symptoms that women in (peri)menopause would like to celebrate but we have to go through it (some symptoms can start from the age of 35....).

Fortunately there are a few natural options that can help reduce some of the symptoms.

Two years fly when you're having fun!
Thank you so much to this bunch of amazing ladies (sorry Emma, I don't have a picture with you but I appreciate you very much too 💕). Working with such a team is a privilege.
And of course, thank you for the Boss Lady Hayley for all her support every day. I am amazed that you are able to run a business, work in it, study chiropractic and restore a house while getting ready to get married 😂
And last but not least, thank you to all our incredible clients who make it all worthwhile.
