✨Starlight, Sound & Serenity Retreat✨

We had the privilege of nurturing seven beautiful souls at Bowen Mountain Retreat this past weekend. Our guests left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, with full bellies and even fuller hearts 🤍

We gathered around the fire.
We gathered around the table.
We walked together.
We talked.
We laughed.
We shared.
And we did lots and lots of yoga. 🧘‍♀️

We took time to reflect on what we want to call in for the rest of the year, and to release what no longer serves us in a fire ceremony.

And then, under a canopy of stars and a beautifully dark sky, we looked up and remembered that we are part of something mysterious and bigger than ourselves and how much there is to be grateful for.

We were nourished by good food, meaningful connection, movement, stillness and, perhaps most importantly, by nature herself

Seven souls arrived and left a little lighter.

Day 2 was focused on nourishing the body, mind and soul. We restored our bodies through yoga, spend time in nature, sauna, sound healing and delicious meals around a shared table. On the peak of the Lionsgate portal we cleansed ourselves with Florida Water, opened our hearts with a cacao ceremony wrote down and released into the fire beliefs, habits and past situations that no longer serves and released into the fire, and manifested what we want to bring in beneath the canopy of stars.

After my parents passed and I inherited the family property. I had a dream to turn it into a place of healing, born from my own loss and grief ❤️ a place where nature would hold you, where no matter how bad things felt there was the bird song, sunshine and fresh air to soothe the soul.
I have poured my heart and soul into this dream, that has at time been a challenge and steep learning curve!
