After my parents passed and I inherited the family property. I had a dream to turn it into a place of healing, born from my own loss and grief ❤️ a place where nature would hold you, where no matter how bad things felt there was the bird song, sunshine and fresh air to soothe the soul.
I have poured my heart and soul into this dream, that has at time been a challenge and steep learning curve! So incredibly grateful for all of the beautiful people that participated in the Winter Reset Sanctuary Day Bowen Mountain Retreat it fills my heart with joy to know that people leave here feeling refreshed and relaxed and more embodied! That is exactly why this retreat centre was set up for people to enjoy nature, connect to all parts of themselves and meet new likeminded people!
