Life can be complicated.

Whether you’re struggling in your relationship, carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating anxiety, grief, workplace stress or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, support is available.

At Hooves For Hope Kurrajong, psychologist Leslie Spitz offers evidence-based psychological support in a peaceful rural setting.

Leslie works with adults experiencing:

• Relationship and couples difficulties
• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and stress
• Grief and loss
• Self-esteem and confidence concerns
• Workplace and life challenges
• Emotional overwhelm and burnout

Using a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual, Leslie provides a safe, professional and compassionate space to help people move forward.

Jump on this opportunity to have some real, honest conversations around “all things teens” through a podcast platform. Topics many families quietly navigate every day… mental health, friendships, school struggles, social media, behaviour, family dynamics, resilience and everything in between.

The goal is simple — helping young people and parents feel less alone.

Privacy and safety come first, and different names/details can absolutely be used where needed.

As parents, one of the hardest things to watch is your child struggling to find their place.

At Hooves For Hope, our adolescent group programs help young people build confidence, connection and genuine friendships through horses, farm life and shared experiences.

Over the past few months we’ve had the privilege of welcoming so many new families into our herd, and it has been an absolute honour to walk alongside you on your journey.

Thank you for trusting us with your children, your stories, your challenges and your hopes for the future. Every new connection, every breakthrough and every smile reminds us why we do what we do.
