currently unsure how I fit so much in and how I don’t have much work content to share as I was too busy just living through it. 💆🏼‍♀️

I treated lots of clients for pre events and post events this month and what a blessing it is to be apart of something that helps you become a better version of yourself.
It’s amazing what we can achieve when we find what’s right for ourself and our body fitness. Grateful to everyone I had the chance to help this month.

For myself, this month also meant completing my first Hyrox with my sister. Then onto Recovery for me which included float therapy at city cave, a massage at Greater Western health and then back to training again. Onto the next thing!

I got to celebrate my sister and Husbands birthdays with lots of cake 🍰

Another month fueled with good food and good coffee. Running and training 🏋️

and honestly lots of wholesome moments with my family. 💕💌✨

Happily busy working and treating wonderful clients. 🙌

I also Started a new contract working with the Amazing FOCUS Physio & Co helping me treat their My Aged care clients via Remedial Mobile Massage. 🥳🥳🥳

I’ve done Lots of training for myself this month, a Hyrox sim with hubby 🙈 and few long Sunday morning Runs. 🌅

Lots and lots and lots of continuing Education this month too! Still have a few more days left to finish this block off.

Family time, the most important part this month was once again spending much needed time together, been a wild ride for our family this month. But when isn’t it? Haha 🌈❤️‍🔥💆🏼‍♀️

I’m ready for July, to reload and bring some more treatments your way.

WHAT IS REMEDIAL ?
What is Remedial Massage ? 💆🏽‍♀️

It’s for your recovery from exercise, an injury, to help fix a problem or pain in your body.
To relieve stress, pain and also add relaxation to the massage itself.

It will always come down to what you are presenting with on the day of your treatment. And as much as I’d love too;
I can’t fix everything but I will do what I can to help as much as I can until I need another Allied health practitioner to join forces. 🦸‍♀️
