🌟 **Improve your thoracic mobility with these 3 simple exercises!**

Feeling stiff through your upper back? Limited thoracic (mid-back) mobility can contribute to neck pain, shoulder discomfort, poor posture, and even affect your performance in the gym or on the sporting field.

Try these three exercises:
📖 **Book Opener** – Improves rotational mobility through the upper back while opening the chest.
🧵 **Thread the Needle** – Helps increase thoracic rotation and gently stretches the shoulders and upper back.
🏹 **Bow and Arrow** – Encourages spinal rotation while promoting better posture and shoulder mobility.

Aim for 8–10 repetitions on each side, moving slowly and with control. Focus on rotating through your upper back rather than your lower back.

Remember, mobility exercises should feel like a gentle stretch—not pain.

💬 Which of these is your favourite? Let us know below, and save this post for your next mobility session!

Today we are celebrating 3 years of calling the Glossodia shopping centre home.
It was a gruelling few months of renovations, transforming the space into something worthy of housing a clinic where you can come to heal and move beyond your limitations to achieve your goals.

Runner's knee slowing you down? Don't just push through it.

Knee pain while running doesn't always mean you need to stop. It often means your body needs a little more support.

In this video, Physiotherapist Emily shares 3 simple exercises that can help improve strength, stability and mobility to reduce knee pain and keep you running comfortably.

✅ Strengthen the muscles that support your knee
✅ Improve hip stability and running mechanics
✅ Reduce unnecessary strain with better movement

Remember, these exercises are general advice and won't suit every type of knee pain. If your symptoms aren't improving, or you're unsure what's causing them, it's worth getting assessed so you can treat the real problem, not just the symptoms.

💬 Have a question about your running injury? Drop it in the comments. We're always happy to help.
