Contact lenses are convenient, comfortable and easy to wear but good hygiene matters. 👁️

Always wash and dry your hands before handling your lenses, follow the recommended replacement schedule, never use tap water to clean or store them, and avoid sleeping in your lenses unless your optometrist has specifically advised you to.

A few simple habits can go a long way in keeping your eyes healthy and your lenses comfortable.
