We all need our own definition of what success is! I love this quote as it’s also my definition of what confidence is!

For me, confidence is about believing in yourself and showing up authentically in how you treat yourself and respect yourself.

When we come from a place of believing we are deserving, worthy and enough - we make different decisions. We put energy into what brings us joy and aligns with our values!

What’s one thing you can consciously do today to start showing up and believing in yourself?

It’s September and we are back in school holidays again… I can’t believe it… this year is flying by… how has this year been for you??

It’s so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life, work, family, bills, chores and deadlines. Yet, we can often loose connection with ourselves in this process!

My question for you is what are you secretly craving right now?

Or maybe it’s not so secret, it’s pushing really hard right now but maybe it feels like everything else is taking priority right now!

What would it look like if you allowed yourself space and time to sit with this. Honour this.

What would it take to give yourself time and space to allow this to be more conscious for you? Love to hear your thoughts!!

So many of us got this message growing up… that some of us are lucky 🍀💫⭐️🌟🌙 and born with it, some of aren’t.

It means that there is no hope or power for change or growth or hope! Confidence isn’t like curly hair, being taller, have freckles or talking loudly.

For me, confidence is about investing in yourself! It’s showing up as you every single day and choosing to believe I am enough!!
