Netball season is back 🏐🙌 you might already be feeling those dreaded blisters starting up!

As a podiatrist and a netball player, I’ve tried just about every tape, padding, and blister fix out there… and honestly, most of them don’t last once your feet get sweaty and you’re moving hard on the court.

That’s why discovering ENGO Blister Prevention Patches was a total game changer for me 🙌

Instead of sticking something on your skin, you simply:
✔️ Stick the patch inside your shoe where you usually get blisters
✔️ Reduce friction before it even starts
✔️ No tape, no padding, no slipping around

Even better — one patch can last the life of the shoe 👟

If you’re gearing up for the season and want to stay blister-free, we’ve got ENGO patches available at Victor Feet First.

Your feet will thank you 💙

Robe Run weekend for me! 🏃‍♀️🌊

Getting out there and running myself isn’t just personal - it helps professionally too. Experiencing the hills, distance, fatigue and recovery first-hand gives me a better understanding of the challenges runners put their bodies through.

That insight carries straight back into the clinic, helping me tailor treatment, footwear advice and injury prevention strategies specifically for runners. Real miles = real perspective 👣

Last night, Leanne teamed up with Georgia from Nurture Podiatry to represent the profession at the Fleurieu Careers Expo, hoping to inspire the next generation to consider podiatry as a rewarding and dynamic career path.

Podiatrists are experts in the diagnosis and management of conditions affecting the foot, ankle, and lower limbs. From working with children and athletes to caring for people with chronic conditions, podiatrists play a vital role in helping people stay mobile and pain-free.

It's a diverse profession with opportunities to work in private practice, hospitals, community health, rural and remote outreach, aged care, rehabilitation, and the disability sector.

If you're passionate about health, love working with people, and want a career that makes a real difference—podiatry might be the perfect fit for you! 👣💙

Do you wake up with sharp pain in your heel when you take your first steps in the morning? You might be dealing with Plantar Fasciitis, one of the most common causes of heel pain! This condition occurs when the plantar fascia—a thick band of tissue running along the bottom of your foot—becomes inflamed or degenerates due to overuse, poor footwear, or foot mechanics.

✨ Simple At-Home Treatments to Help:
✔️ Stretching & Strengthening – Stretch your calves and foot arch regularly.
✔️ Ice Therapy – Roll a frozen water bottle under your foot for relief.
✔️ Supportive Footwear – Ditch the flat shoes and opt for good arch support, avoid walking around home barefoot.

If your heel pain isn’t improving, don’t let it slow you down! A podiatrist can assess your foot mechanics and recommend tailored solutions like orthotics, taping, or shockwave therapy.
