Registered Nurse – General Practice
Hazelbrook General Practice is a long-established, welcoming, and patient-centred general practice in the heart of the Blue Mountains. An opportunity has now become available for a caring and enthusiastic Snr Registered Nurse to work 4 days week as part of our friendly, team. This role is ideal for someone with General Practice experience, who enjoys variety, meaningful patient interactions, and working within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key duties:
• Triage and patient assessments
• Childhood, adult, and travel immunisations
• Wound care & chronic wound management
• Assisting GPs with surgical procedures
• 75+ Health Assessments and chronic disease care plans
• Cold chain management
• Infection control and sterilisation
The successful candidate will bring dedicated experience within general practice and hold a current AHPRA Registration, CPR, WWCC and a HESA approved Immunisation Cert.
