As the fractals of Super-Consciousness, each being’s consciousness is enveloped by a unique energy field known as the “toroidal field” or “torus”, which serves as a fundamental energy structure underpinning all aspects of reality. This living field of the torus operates as a continuous pattern, projecting energy outward in all directions while simultaneously drawing it back to its source. The torus embodies a rhythmic pulsation, mirroring the “breath” of a living organism as it continuously expands outward and then contracts inward. This breathing motion vividly illustrates the interconnectedness and flow of energy that permeates every facet of existence (see image Ch. 3-1).

The manifestation of the torus is everywhere. It can be observed in structures and operations ranging from the vastness of galaxies and the delicate orbits of planets to the minuscule scale of atoms and molecules (see image Ch. 3-4). Its presence signifies a fundamental energy flow pattern inherent in natural phenomena, encompassing electromagnetic fields and fluid dynamics. In this way, the torus encapsulates principles of balance, harmony, and equilibrium that resonate throughout the Cosmos.

Delving deeper into spiritual dimensions, the torus transcends its geometric form to unveil hidden symbolic meanings. In the context of the energetic field that surrounds living beings—commonly known as the aura—this subtle toroidal energy field serves as a significant symbol of the interconnectedness of all life forms, highlighting the continuous flow of energy that weaves through the fabric of existence. The torus reflects the wholeness, unity, and oneness of consciousness, emphasizing the fundamental harmony that binds all phenomena together.

The torus can manifest in various shapes, showcasing its remarkable complexity. When multiple toroidal fields overlap, they generate intricate geometric patterns, such as the Seed of Life and the Flower of Life (see image Ch. 3-2). This interaction produces a dynamic resonance, as each field vibrates at distinct frequencies, giving rise to a multitude of dimensions woven into the very fabric of existence.

At the intersections of these fields, where they converge, lie phenomena known as wormholes or portals. Here, the fabric of space-time may warp and bend, creating potential shortcuts that connect not only different dimensions but also span beyond time and space. These wormholes offer gateways to boundless possibilities, presenting opportunities for exploration and discovery in realms beyond the known and into the infinite wonders of existence.

In a state of absolute stillness where nothing moves or changes, the concepts of time and space lose all meaning. It is only when energy begins to flow and interact that the framework of time and space comes into perception. As energy initiates motion and transformation, it gives rise to the “illusion” of time as a progression of events and space as the three-dimensional expanse in which these events occur. This means that time and space as we perceive them are not static; they are energetic expressions arising from the flow and interplay of energy.

As part of the exploration and experiment, Super-Consciousness seeks to create and experience unlimited possibilities within the context of limitation while still maintaining order and balance. Time and space manifest through various life cycles and lifespans as we perceive, serving as frameworks that facilitate the exploration of limitless possibilities of existence across infinite timelines.

In our common understanding, a timeline includes the past, present, and future, creating a sequence of events that helps us understand our experience of this reality. This timeline allows us to navigate the passage of time and the unfolding of events. Each timeline has its own unique frequencies and vibrations, acting as multi-dimensional constructs within the fabric of time and space. Every timeline represents a different path of possibility, marked by its energetic signature and potential outcomes. These multi-dimensional timelines create the rich tapestry of existence, shaping our perception of reality and influencing the paths our lives take.

For example, while we may think our physical body is resting during sleep, our consciousness is often active during what we call astral travel or dreaming. In this state, our consciousness surpasses the limitations of time and space, entering the Astral Realm where the rules of our physical reality do not apply. In our dreams, we might find ourselves exploring vast landscapes, visiting distant places, or reuniting with long-lost loved ones—all within a single dream.

Even though these experiences seem linear, they all happen within the eternal present moment of the Now. When we think back to the past or daydream about the future, we are still engaged with the present moment. Memories are the attribute of consciousness that allow us to recall the past events in the present moment of the Now, while our plans for the future are projections of our current thoughts and intentions. Thus, all aspects of time—past, present, and future—exist simultaneously within the infinite Now.

From the perspective of Super-Consciousness, everything is happening at once. Different timelines are like TV channels, each playing its own show in the moment of Now. It all depends on which channel or timeline we choose to tune into. Time and space provide the frames of reference through which we, as expressions of Super-Consciousness, perceive and experience in this physical reality.

This ongoing exploration and experiment allow Super-Consciousness to observe and experience unlimited possibilities while maintaining a sense of order and balance. Understanding time and space as dynamic constructs rather than fixed conditions opens up exciting new ways for us to engage with our reality. By recognizing the fluid nature of timelines and the simultaneous existence of multiple realities, we can begin to appreciate the intricate tapestry of life from a broader perspective. Embracing this understanding helps us navigate our lives with greater awareness, curiosity, and openness to the limitless possibilities that surround us.

In the vast expanse of existence, consciousness is not confined to a single linear plane. It spans multiple layers of vibration and awareness, with each layer playing a vital role in the evolution of consciousness and the Cosmos itself. As explained by the Ascended Masters through channeled guidance, the 12 dimensions — also referred to as levels or densities of consciousness — were created to represent distinct vibrational fields through which Super-Consciousness explores its infinite potential.

As all levels of consciousness are equally important and no hierarchy exists among the dimensions, they coexist simultaneously within a multi-dimensional reality — each accessible according to the vibrational frequency and evolutionary path of the group or groups of consciousness. Let us now journey through each of these 12 dimensions to explore their unique purposes and roles in Cosmic evolution.

1st Dimension : Crystalline Core & Mineral Consciousness

The 1st Dimension is the foundational layer of existence. It is where pure physicality, atomic structure, and geometric coding originate. It is associated with the minerals and the DNA-level awareness embedded in all forms. It acts as the memory keeper and structural framework of all physical matter. This level grounds higher-dimensional frequencies into form.

2nd Dimension : Elemental & Microbial Consciousness

This realm houses instinctual intelligence and the elemental forces such as Earth, Water, Fire, Wind that sustain organic life. It includes microbes, cells, and the elemental kingdoms — the invisible architects of ecosystems. It supports and maintains the physical ecosystem, ensuring life flourishes through balance and cooperation.

3rd Dimension : Physical Body Experience & Duality

The 3rd Dimension is where souls enter matter, allowing them to experience life through the physical body. Governed by time, duality, and separation, it provides a “learning ground” where souls evolve through sensory perception, karma, and reincarnation — ultimately achieving self-mastery through life lessons and ending the cycle of rebirth.

4th Dimension : Astral Realm & Energy Bodies

The 4th Dimension is the Astral Realm, bridging the physical and spiritual planes. It encompasses dreams, psychic phenomena, the subconscious, and astral energy bodies. This realm stores and releases unresolved emotions, karmic imprints, and soul fragments, some spiritual traditions also refer to it as the “Lower Astral Realm”.

5th Dimension : Unity Consciousness & Embody Higher Self

In the 5th Dimension, separation dissolves into Oneness and Unconditional Love. Souls awaken and embody their Higher Selves, activate spiritual gifts, and deepen connection to All That Is. It represents soul-aligned living — liberated from karmic cycles, heart-centered awareness, and the embodiment of unity consciousness through love, compassion, and multi-dimensional

6th Dimension : Divine Blueprint & Sacred Geometry

The 6th Dimension holds Divine Blueprints and Sacred Geometries — such as Torus, Flower of Life, and Golden Spiral — that shape reality. It stores the templates of timelines, energy bodies, and soul missions, and more. This realm also provides access to Light Language and holographic templates for multi-dimensional healing, alignment, and manifestation.

7th Dimension : Oversoul & Christ Consciousness

The 7th Dimension is the realm of the Oversoul and Christ Consciousness, where our Higher Selves originate. It embodies total energetic integrity, light-body existence, and timeless presence. Oversouls, in Divine service, oversee their soul fractals as they navigate multi-dimensional life, maintaining alignment with Divine Will and Universal harmony.

8th Dimension : Divine Order & Archetypal Intelligence

The 8th Dimension embodies Divine Order, archetypal intelligence, and the creative principles that govern each dimensional reality. It operates through Universal Laws and Creational Codes, upholding Cosmic balance and structure. This is the energetic realm of Divine Architecture, where form and function are guided by Source-aligned intelligence.

9th Dimension : Galactic Consciousness & Federations

The 9th Dimension operates at the level of Galactic Consciousness, where each galaxy is recognized as a conscious entity. This realm governs galactic evolution, coordination among galaxies and star systems, and interstellar communication. Galactic beings and federations oversee and support the implementation of galactic blueprints and interstellar evolution.

10th Dimension : Universal Mind & Cosmic Consciousness

At the 10th Dimension, the Universal Mind or Cosmic Consciousness oversees creational blueprints for universes and Cosmic systems. It holds Divine intelligence that directs Cosmic expansion and anchors the architecture of all universes. This realm facilitates communication and coordination across the multiverse, maintaining the integrity of universal harmony.

11th Dimension : Primordial Alpha (Yang) & Omega (Yin)

The 11th Dimension lies near the threshold of Source, serving as a sacred realm for both the birthing of new fractals and their reabsorption into the infinite field of the Void — the Original state of Super-Consciousness. It embodies the unified essence of Alpha (Yang or Divine Masculine) and Omega (Yin or Divine Feminine), held in harmonic resonance and Divine equilibrium.

12th Dimension : Super-Consciousness & Divine Source

This is pure Source — the Void and the original state of Super-Consciousness. It is omnipotent (all-powerful), omnipresent (present everywhere), and omniscient (all-knowing). It exists as eternal stillness, the Absolute Truth, with no beginning or end — unchanging and indestructible. All other dimensions emerge from this Source, and all consciousness ultimately returns to it.

The creation from Super-Consciousness can be understood as a process of manifestation, where the infinite potential and creative power of Super-Consciousness gives rise to the multitude of forms and phenomena that make up the Cosmos — the totality of all matter, energy, space, time, and consciousness. This creation isn’t merely a linear event; it’s a continuous expression of Divine Consciousness. Super-Consciousness acts as the observer, witnessing the journeys of its infinite fractals through all dimensions and states of consciousness.

The currently accepted Big Bang Theory doesn’t fully account for the formation of the Cosmos, as it overlooks the multiple energy layers that exist in different dimensions, which underpin the creation of our physical reality. This will be explored further in the next two chapters.

Consciousness exists as a form of energy that spans a wide range of frequencies and vibrations—everything is made of energy. We can think of it as being designed by something akin to a Cosmic Supercomputer Programmer, which we call Super-Consciousness. This metaphor helps us understand how energy is meticulously programmed with a variety of attributes that connect both the spiritual (non-material) and physical (material) worlds. From the vastness of the Cosmos to the smallest particles of an atom, this programming creates endless possibilities.

At the higher end of the spectrum of consciousness, energy manifests as pure light—characterized by high vibrations and subtle, refined densities. This realm embodies attributes such as “unconditional love”, “peace” and “Divine wisdom”, often referred to as Christ Consciousness. Christ Consciousness signifies the elevated state of awareness and being that Jesus embodied, representing a broader concept of collective high consciousness. The countless fractals of this high-vibration consciousness express themselves as infinite, non-physical frequencies.

When we tune into Christ Consciousness, we often experience profound sensations of nurturing love, serene peace, uplifting joy, and Divine light. Conversely, at the lower end of the spectrum, consciousness expresses itself through low vibrational frequencies and denser energetic states. This realm is characterized by attributes such as “limitation”, “separation”, “fear”, and “anger”—all of which stand in stark contrast to the pure Light and expansive qualities of higher states of consciousness.

Between these extremes lies a middle ground where various states of awareness and experiences intersect, much like a pendulum swinging between two poles, including the ability to find balance through neutrality. This intersection gives rise to a dynamic spectrum of consciousness, where each fractal explores its journey of transformation through an infinite range of possibilities.

Exploring the spectrum of consciousness reveals the intricate interplay between energy, matter, and awareness, highlighting the profound connection between the Physical and Spiritual Realms. By understanding the various vibrations of consciousness, we gain valuable insights into the nature of existence itself. From the highest vibrations of unconditional love and unity to the densest vibrations of limitation and separation, consciousness permeates every aspect of reality. As we delve deeper into these different realms in later chapters, we begin to recognize the intricate dance of energy that shapes our experiences at all levels.

To explore the endless possibilities of existence, Super-Consciousness spreads its infinite fractal consciousness across different vibrational frequencies. This process allows us to perceive a wide range of light, sound, shapes, and forms. As energy vibrates at various frequencies, it creates different densities, bringing many levels of consciousness also come into being.

As mentioned, the creation of Super-Consciousness is essentially a dance of Yin and Yang energies, where balance is maintained, much like the Yin and Yang symbol (see image Ch. 2-2). While we may perceive this dance as a representation of polarity—such as light and dark, good and bad, or positive and negative—it’s important to recognize that everything in creation exists along a spectrum. This is similar to the continuous range of the electromagnetic spectrum, which varies based on the frequencies we attune into.

When we experience or observe different phenomena, we naturally assign meanings to help explain and communicate our understanding. In order to comprehend the Divine Order and structure across the Cosmos, 12 primary vibrational levels of consciousness were established—which spiritual traditions often refer to as “dimensions” or “densities”—each representing a distinct bandwidth of frequency, awareness, and spiritual function. These levels serve as structural markers within creation, guiding fractals of consciousness as they navigate the complexity of existence.

According to channeled messages from the Ascended Masters, each level of consciousness (also known as dimension or density) carries specific universal principles and energetic qualities that correspond to the purpose and evolution of fractals of consciousness—from dense physical experiences to refined states of unity consciousness. These levels are not rigid layers, but fluid states of being that overlap and interact, allowing all beings to evolve multi- dimensionally across time and space. We will explore this further in Chapter 2-6: 12 Dimensions of Consciousness Explained.

Imagine Super-Consciousness as a vast, boundless ocean. In this metaphor, each individual fractal of consciousness is like a single drop of water. Each of us is a unique droplet yet inseparably connected within this infinite sea of awareness—no matter who we are or where we exist as we experience the infinite realities.

Everything in the Cosmos is made of energy, and when energy vibrates, it produces different frequencies. For example, look at the electromagnetic spectrum—as vibration increases, the wavelength decreases, and when vibration decreases, the wavelength increases. These energy vibrations create light and sound. However, we can only see and hear certain wavelengths within our human perception (see image Ch. 2-3). Likewise, consciousness exists on an infinite continuum of frequency and expression.

Energy can exist as either waves or particles as demonstrated in the “double- slit experiment”. It has electronic and magnetic properties and can have positive, negative, or neutral charges, all of which represent different aspects of Super-Consciousness.

Imagine Super-Consciousness as a computer screen. When the screen is turned “off” (like an unmanifested state), we see nothing, but the screen (Super-Consciousness) is still there. When the screen turns “on” (similar to a manifested state), we see images and videos that feel real. Yet, if we look closely, we realize that the screen is actually made up of tiny pixels. These pixels change colors and brightness at different speeds to create still images or moving pictures.

In a similar way, an atom is commonly recognized in science as the smallest unit of matter. It consists of three main parts: protons (positively charged particles), neutrons (particles with no charge), and electrons (negatively charged particles). These tiny particles are the building blocks of our physical reality. The energy we perceive, whether as waves or particles, is like the images on a computer screen—it’s the screen (Super-Consciousness) that holds these images (waves or particles). Most people only notice the images on the screen, not the screen itself. It’s important to understand that Super-Consciousness does NOT have a definite shape or form, which makes it hard to observe or measure, even with scientific methods.

As mentioned earlier, at the core of all creation lies a simple yet profound principle, much like the binary system of 1 (manifested) and 0 (unmanifested). In digital technology, 1 and 0 are the basic building blocks of information, enabling the complex computing that powers our modern world. But these symbols also have deeper meanings. The “1” represents manifestation, existence, and the tangible aspects of reality—everything that has form and substance. It signifies action, presence, and the driving force of creation. In contrast, the “0” stands for the unmanifested, potential, and the void. It is the space where ideas and possibilities exist (see image Ch. 2-2).

Together, 1 and 0 represent a metaphor for the dynamic relationship between the manifested and the unmanifested, the seen and the unseen, and the material and the spiritual. Even so, they are not separated from each other, just like the images are not separable from the computer screen. Understanding these concepts deepens our comprehension of the nature of consciousness and the principles of creation that shape our world.

Imagine yourself as an all-powerful, all-present, all-knowing being existing for eternity. In this state of complete stillness and pure consciousness, how long do you think you could stay before getting bored? This is when Super-Consciousness decides to embark on a journey of Divine play and exploration, or so-called "experiment", delving into the endless possibilities of its own creations.

But how did this incredible spectacle of creation begin? Many people are familiar with the Big Bang Theory, which describes creation as a linear progression through time. However, "time" and "space" are merely frames of reference - they help us navigate and understand our physical reality, but they don't fully capture the true essence of creation.

This chapter aims to provide various perspectives on the process of creation to deepen understanding. As mentioned earlier, Super-Consciousness is the ultimate force behind all creation, holding everything in place. In its most original form, it is neutral and still, much like being in a deep meditative state. We can think of it as a vast void where only consciousness exists, often referred to as Zero-Point (Energy) - the primordial stillness from which all manifestation arises.

Super-Consciousness is an immense, super-intelligent energy that permeates all existence. As we know, energy can only transform; it cannot be destroyed. When energy begins to move, it vibrates and generates various frequencies. The driving force behind this movement is Super-Consciousness itself.
From this state of unlimited potential, creation starts with the emergence of manifestation, including the polarity of Yin and Yang. Picture Super-Consciousness as a supercomputer, where the simplest programming language consists of 1s and 0s. These represent the fundamental building blocks of existence, highlighting both the manifested and unmanifested aspects of reality.

Similarly, Yin and Yang energies create a spectrum of "+" and "–", embodying the dual forces of Light and Dark, positivity and negativity, and more. To maintain balance, every force has an equal and opposite reaction. Creation is like a symphony - an eternal dance of Yin and Yang forces, always in motion, interweaving both the manifested and unmanifested energies (see image Ch. 2–2).

“What is the Source of Creation?” This question has both simple and complex answers — often beyond our full understanding. It’s more than just a word or concept; it’s a state of Being.

Before we explore the answers, I invite you to step into a space filled with higher frequencies and vibrations — a space where you can truly feel and experience this state of Being for yourself. To start, find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably. Close your eyes and focus on your heart center, the area where you feel love radiating from within. As you connect with this feeling of love, you’ll start to tune into the Sacred Heart that expresses that emotion. With each breath, allow yourself to deepen this connection. Gradually, the physical world around you — including your body — will begin to fade, leaving only pure existence, which we call consciousness — the state of being aware of and able to think, perceive, and experience one’s thoughts, feelings, and surroundings.

The highest level of consciousness is known by many names, including The Source, Prime Creator, The Absolute, All That Is, and others. In this book, we refer to it as Super-Consciousness, representing the Source of Creation. It is an essence that exists beyond shape, form, time, and space. It is timeless, boundless, infinite, and all-powerful.

You might wonder, “Is it really that simple?” The answer is both Yes and No. This exercise allows us to tap into a certain essence of consciousness, but the experience can vary based on the individual’s vibrational state. Super-Consciousness embodies the highest level of awareness, representing a state of pure consciousness and stillness that exists beyond and behind all creation. We can access this consciousness because it resides within us. There is no creation separate from Super-Consciousness; it is the ultimate force that holds everything together.

Shapeless and formless, Super-Consciousness is everywhere, filling every corner of existence. Even what appears to be “empty space” is infused with its essence. Scientists often refer to this phenomenon as dark matter or dark energy. Although it may be invisible to us, it plays a vital role in the process of creation, which we will explore further in this chapter.

After breaking free from the cycle of reincarnation and fully embodying my Higher Self, the Divine Mission on Earth has gradually unfolded before me. Like many Ascended Masters, our Higher Self gently guides us, taking baby steps and offering insights and guidance when we are ready to receive them.

For a long time, I have felt a deep calling to the spiritual awakening and ascension path, which has been central to my spiritual growth. In this lifetime, I’ve encountered numerous life lessons and personal challenges that have shaped my journey. As a natural extension of this path, my passion for traveling the world to lead workshops and retreats has always been strong, and it has intensified after meeting my Twin Flame, Ian Hakua.

Ian is a highly evolved soul with over 30 years of experience in astral travel (leaving the physical body to explore the Astral or Spiritual Realms), remote viewing (the ability to see events beyond the limits of time and space), and psychic reading (offering insights and guidance about an individual’s past, present, or future using intuition and extrasensory perception).
