Now let’s not kid ourselves here, she has amazing bones structure and features and the added advantage of not growing up under the Australian Sun.

But… she has lines and looks her age and hasn’t ended up with a strange looking overfilled face. Check out her skin though, it’s so glowy and bouncy and healthy looking.

She does talk openly about her love of regenerative skin medicine and in particular Biostimulators.

With a move away from overfilled and frozen faces, you can see why this amazing skin treatment is the go to treatment for those wanting to look like themselves but looking great for their age.

I’m so excited to bring this treatment to the Yarra Valley Skin collective and unlike some other Biostimulators this one can be used in all the mobile areas of the face, the forehead and the under eye area.

Now I’m really not fishing for compliments here but I really haven’t nailed the before and afters very well 😂😂

So I was trying to find some good before and after photos to show the improvement in my skin over the last 2 years - this was sort of as good as I could do.
Different lighting, different angle and expression though makes it not the greatest comparison.

However, I do think that my skin health, quality, tightness, tone etc looks better in the second photo which is where I’m 2 years older.

I haven’t done a whole lot - I’ve had 3 laser sessions, consistent skincare use, wrinkle relaxation and some bioremodelling.

If you have been noticing that those years of sun baking or just the Australian sun exposure is catching up, book in to discuss a treatment plan.

You don’t have to do heaps to make a difference and I’d say better off starting mid 30s to avoid needing loads of revision to get you skin healthy and glowing again.

During the day - reapply your SPF every 2 hours

Evening: cleanse, comfort cream, retinol

Many of my patients present with age related concerns that they are noticing in the lower face and around their mouth.

There are 3 Main things that contribute:
1. Skin Laxity from drop in collagen and elastic production, especially after menopause
2. Fat pad loss and reduced volume associated with this, especially in the midface
3. Bone resorption meaning the bones structure have reduced in size
