At a time of year where we really are moving towards the rising sun, I thought it was appropriate it bring my little “Ostara basket” into the this morning to celebrate our changing seasons and cycles, and how we honour the sun and it’s gifts, around the world 💛Ostata translates into “ to move towards the rising sun” from the ancient Tueton tribe in Scandinavia, and today is celebrated as Easter!
From around the globe, we have gifts to share as to appreciate our earth, and these incursions are a way to playfully awaken our cellular memory as to how we once celebrated, honoured and reciprocated to our land and Her needs 💛

Honouring the change of season, aligned with the Wurundjeri land, keeps me in my curious Child, mindful Gatherer and higher perspective of Air Elements myself! 🥰I’d noticed lately that I was seeing more ducks, waking to the call of Black Jacks rather than lorikeets and parrots and that the wattles were bursting to life!
This is Orchid season according to the traditional custodians, and it’s a time to get excited about the beautiful life around us! 🌸
Joeys feeling brave to hoo out of pouches, flowers and food returning, nests being prepared, koalas obtaining dominion to mate, caterpillars feasting before their metamorphosis….
I’ve been curious, about our interconnectedness to these themes and how the Traditional Custodians lives in harmony…
I’ve felt that life events have felt like they’re mirroring the changes on the earth, it’s very interesting and broadens my perspective like the Air Element 🦅
And that’s what the children and I celebrated this morning, and it was magical ✨✨just like nature 🌱
Because everything comes in cycles and rhythms, and this is a beautiful way to integrate and resonate with these life journeys, within us and around us 🪺❤️

Amongst the many years that can be shed, it’s only those of joy that She shared… not once, but twice this week She blew my heart away with the wind, as my eyes sight upon the beauty of new life, begin… never before had these trees flowered, and under this weeks full moon, the love I also poured, was devoured… reciprocating in something that brings nectar to my tiny kin, sharing our love, this is where life begins 🌸🌱💞

Neuro diverse/divergent females, especially, will be labelled, named, judged and everything else before being recognised for what we truly are ❤️
A field of people who carry the songs and dances of stars, and grieve when their eyes reach for the sky, and the ones who believe in them are missing…
The ones who cascaded their existence and echoed their footsteps across land and sea…
Where are the fires, the flowers and stones? Where are the ceremonies that ingrained our names?
Where are our totems, our glory and grace?
We search for them, but we struggle to find where our hearts can safely be placed…
On earth, not machines, closed rooms or Gregorian schedules…
Our culture is ingrained in every fibre and fascia, that cannot be ignored or erased and nor should it be…
An alliance with the planet, moon and stars…
To ensure life in earth, is led with the heart ❤️

The moon appears full because it’s reflecting the sun, and today with the children I most definitely felt that relationship in our dance ☀️reflecting each other to help us grow, sharing our most precious inner material to help the world shine ✨ planting seeds, making gardens, both within and without… that’s the relationship dance provides with ourselves 🥰💞💫🌱🪺

This beautiful lullaby I’ve been hearing each sunrise lately, welcoming the life of a new season so magically… a whistle to initiate what has been dormant to spring, into action , into life, into art and dance…. Their song, the chorus, of where to move from…. The heart, the place where the ancients still sing.. and only a melody graced from the stars, is able to treble the hearts beatings into story and song 🎶

Everything is vibration and frequency, and that is what we truly respond at all times on a primal level… some can suppress this, some cannot… those who cannot are usually neuro diverse/divergent..
Stars shimmering and “twinkling”, releasing a certain frequency… knowledge, relationship, health, information… it’s not just mystical, it’s reality…
It’s how we are hard wired to survive and thrive, and our movements literally mirror this…

what I mean is, have you seen a cell amd atom being created or healed? They literally shimmy, shake and hum!

This is the foundation of life..

And ND are directly plugged in…

Support this… is supporting the planet… and supporting the planet, is supporting this … 🌱💞☀️💫🌸

Dancing to the beat of a different drum today, as well as our old faithful 🙌🏽🪘🥰I wanted the children to experience a variation of sounds from drumming, to help ingrain the wisdom that we are constantly in rhythm with mother earths heart beat, and when we fully attune through our bodies through making music and dancing, we allow the wisdom and knowledge of our lineage to become present and trustworthy… after our drum and dance exploration, story telling via puppetry of the Eel journey (listening to the wisdom of their bodies to remember their path home), it was AMAZING to hear the children share ideas about housing, earth-care, fairness… 🥹❤️proof that our children ARE born with the water of the earth and in those waters ARE their connections, intelligence, knowledge etc… they just need the time and space to joyfully and creatively explore it! Then we are organically guided “home” to the humanity of living interconnected 🙏🏽❤️
