One of my favourite ways to explore is an early morning run. Quiet. Morning sun. Mainly people walking, cycling and running. Love it. Osaka castle didn’t disappoint 🏯

New fun exercise. Glute band above knees. Hips not bent. Knees bent to 90. Legs held apart in ISO abduction whilst moving lower leg like windscreen wiper to target hip internal and external rotation.

A good challenge to bias a calf raise to load the tibialis posterior muscle. Tib post helps support the arch and control pronation. The goal here is to stand on one leg, hold on lightly for support, calf raise with weight through ball of the foot and big toe. Try to reduce weight shift to outer 4 toes, and aim for the heel to come inwards at the top of the calf raise.
