🎳🎶 FRIDAY NIGHT SOCIALS – WE'RE HEADING TO MARYBOROUGH! 🎶🎳

This week we're taking our Friday Night Socials on the road for a fantastic evening of food, fun and friendship!

We'll kick off the night with a delicious dinner and live entertainment at the Maryborough RSL, before heading over to Maryborough Ten Pin Bowling for a couple of friendly games. Whether you're aiming for a strike or just coming along for the laughs, it's sure to be a night full of great memories!

🌿🏕️ GOOTCHIE CREEK OVERNIGHT CAMP! 🏕️🌿

Get ready for an unforgettable overnight adventure with the Empowering You Disability Services Day Program! Join us on 18th–19th September as we head to the beautiful Gootchie Creek Escape for two days of fun, friendship and making amazing memories.

We'll be swimming in the stunning spring-fed billabong, enjoying campfires under the stars, exploring the creek, spotting turtles and maybe even a platypus, and taking part in a variety of team-building games and group activities designed to build confidence, encourage teamwork and, most importantly, have plenty of fun! There'll be lots of opportunities to relax, connect with friends, enjoy the fresh country air and take a break from technology.

Gootchie Creek is a multi-award nominated campground with fantastic facilities, making it the perfect place to unwind, recharge and experience the great outdoors together.

🍽️🧑‍🍳 COOKING DAY IS BACK! 🧑‍🍳🍽️

Join us on Wednesday 19th August for another delicious Cooking Day at the EYDS Hervey Bay Activities Room!

This week we'll be preparing a comforting Italian favourite:
🧀 Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni
🥗 Fresh Garden Salad
🧄 Crispy Garlic Bread

Our cooking classes are a fantastic opportunity to learn new kitchen skills, work together as a team, make new friends and, best of all, sit down and enjoy a delicious homemade meal together!

🏕️🌿 2 NIGHT CAMP ADVENTURE – COBB & CO NINE MILE CAMPGROUNDS! 🌿🏕

The adventure continues into the September School Holidays! Join the Empowering You Disability Services Day Program for an unforgettable 2-night camping experience from 2nd–4th October, the last weekend of the Queensland School Holidays. Get ready for an action-packed getaway filled with adventure, laughter, new friendships and plenty of outdoor fun!

During our stay we'll enjoy waterslides into the billabong, tractor shuttle train rides, tag archery, dinosaur-themed mini golf, farm animals, the petting zoo, the pirate ship playground, hiking and walking trails, campfires under the stars, and so much more.

With fantastic facilities, a camp shop, and two nights of camping, this is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from technology, build confidence, develop friendships and create memories that will last a lifetime.
