I’m still away on holiday, but my bus rides from one side of Borneo to the other is not wasted. I’m still researching and training always..

I’ve come across this one and, from what I’ve seen, it looks like it has some really good features, so I thought it was worth sharing.

Could light really help your body heal?

Hi everyone 😊

Just a reminder that I will be away in the UK for all of June and will be returning to work in July.
