As an ex-elite gymnast, with a career spanning over a decade, I have had my fair share of injuries, so our foundations are built on personal experience and expert knowledge in injury and pain management. “My muscles are just tight”

But that feeling can happen for a LOT of different reasons 👀

Sometimes the muscle is genuinely short
Sometimes it’s overworking
Sometimes it’s protecting you
Sometimes it’s compensating for something else entirely

Which means…
stretching harder isn’t always the answer

This is why good remedial massage should go beyond just rubbing sore spots

I’m always looking at:

So here’s what I’ve been working on 👀

I’m now a SOMA Breath® breathwork instructor 🌬

This is something that fits perfectly with what I already love helping people with — feeling better in your body, moving well, improving your energy, and having tools you can actually use day to day.

SOMA Breath® is a really unique style of breathwork that uses rhythm, music, and guided breathing patterns to help you shift your energy, sharpen your focus, and feel more connected to your body.

It’s engaging, energising, and something you can actually feel while you’re doing it.

I work with active people who train hard and want to keep performing well

Sessions aren’t just about pressure or relaxation.
They’re about understanding load patterns, reducing unnecessary sensitivity, and rebuilding tolerance so your body keeps up with your goals
