Are you running in the Gold Coast Marathon festival next weekend? Have you got your pre race treatment sorted? If not I have a couple of spots left next week! If you’re racing Sunday I recommend no later than Friday for treatment & if you’re racing Saturday I recommend no later than Thursday for a treatment. These treatments should be more of a flush and not deep tissue as you are wanting to prime the body and muscles to fire not deplete them or have your body flat because it’s still recovering.
So go online or message me asap to snap up one of the last remaining spots! If you don’t find anything, send me a message and I’ll add you to the cancellation list.
