Home Health Rehab are a mobile team of dedicated physiotherapists providing home, workplace or residential care physiotherapy treatment to people throughout the City of Greater Geelong, Surf Coast Shire and Bellarine Peninsula. We are passionate about providing treatment to people in their own homes, as we know first hand the difficultly of attending a clinic for treatment after an injury, illness
or with restricted mobility. As clinical physiotherapists, we have seen many patients able to complete their exercises in the clinic, gym or hospital but then have difficulty transferring this to a home setting. Home physiotherapy sessions allow us to work towards each individual’s goals and teach them how to achieve this within their own environment.
