🎉🥳 IT’S MY BIRTHDAY WEEK!🥳🎉

And to celebrate, I thought… why not have a coffee together after each of my community yoga classes?! ☕️💛

So this week, I’m swapping my usual rush-off-after-class routine for something a little different…

Tuesday 🌺 — Hardware Café
Wednesday 🌊 — Hillary’s Beach Club
Thursday 🌿 — Yanchep Beach Club

I normally have to race off after class, but this week I’m gifting you my time, presence and a cuppa ☕️💛

Because these classes are so much more than yoga. They’re about connection, friendship, community and the beautiful people who show up week after week.

This community has been built by all of us, and I’d love to spend a little extra time together celebrating that.

So come along to class, stay for a coffee, have a chat, bring a friend and let’s celebrate another year of life, love and community together. 🎉

This beautiful little gift was from Lily, my 5-year-old student who comes along to my Tuesday community yoga class in Quinns Rocks.

She is the sweetest. She tries so hard in class, is quiet and thoughtful, loves the relaxation at the end… and always asks for a hug. 🥹💛

This week she brought me this little gift, and it honestly made me smile. It reminded me how much joy can come from the simplest gestures.

Kindness really doesn’t have to cost a fortune.

It can be a compliment.
Helping someone with their bags.
Offering to put someone’s trolley away.
Checking in on a friend.
Giving someone a hug.

Sometimes the smallest acts can make the biggest difference.

So let this be your little invitation today…

Do one kind thing for someone.

Imagine if we all came together and chose to do just one kind thing each day. What a happier, kinder world we could create. 💛

Last night, my husband asked me to name three things I love about myself.

Silence.

My mind went completely blank.

I was shocked because I genuinely thought, “Of course I love myself.” Yet when I was invited to say it out loud, I couldn’t think of a single thing.

In that moment, I realised some old beliefs were still quietly sitting beneath the surface... I’m not worthy. I’m not enough. I’m not lovable.

It was confronting.

Healing isn’t about never having these thoughts again. It’s about becoming aware of them when they arise, meeting them with compassion, and choosing not to let them define you.

This journey asks us to release old beliefs, old habits, old patterns, and the stories we’ve carried for years. It stretches the ego. It’s uncomfortable. It’s messy. It’s beautiful. And sometimes, it’s downright exhausting.

Then I turned the question back to my husband.

“Name three things you love about yourself.”

Without hesitation, he answered.

I was so proud of him. 💛 And it also reminded me that this is something I want to keep practising.

So today, I’m asking you...

Can you name three things you genuinely love about yourself?

If not, maybe that’s not something to judge—maybe it’s simply an invitation to begin.

Because you are worthy of your own love, too. 💛
