This weekend we had no plans, nowhere to be (except footy 😆), and it was exactly what we needed.
We got out for winter walks, spent quality time together, slowed down, and for once weren’t caught up in the rush, the endless to-do lists, or that constant feeling of exhaustion.
I still didn’t sleep particularly well (thank you Elsie) but somehow I felt rested. There’s something so nourishing about having space to simply be.
