Step into the energy of new beginnings and join all of the Wellness Wednesdays facilitators on Wednesday 23rd September at 6pm for a magical Spring Equinox celebration at Riverdell Spiritual Centre! 🌱

The Spring Equinox is a powerful time of balance, renewal and growth - an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself and plant the seeds for what you wish to nurture in the season ahead. 🌿✨

🌿 Your Spring Equinox Experience Includes:

✨ Grounding in nature
✨ An introduction to Human Design & Gate 46
✨ Light breathwork
✨ Written reflection on seed paper 🌱
✨ Vocal chants and singing mantras with sound bowls
✨ Mindful meditation
✨ A beautiful reading or poem to close our evening

Weather permitting, we will gather down in the Dell, surrounded by nature, with the warmth and energy of an open fire creating a beautiful space to connect, reflect and welcome the changing season. 🔥🌿 If raining ☔️ we will be in the dining room.

🧘 Please bring along:

• Yoga mat
• Pillow and blanket
• Water bottle
• Pen and journal
• Comfortable WARM clothing - even your favourite pyjamas if ya want😴✨
