As both a trail runner and health professional, I hate this situation for two reasons. If you don't understand the importance of running or exercise to the person in front of you, then it makes sense you won't get it.

It's easy for health professionals to say 'don't run'. It's also incredibly lazy to say 'don't run'. Some injuries this makes sense, but lets build a pathway to get you back to running, or exercising, or whatever it is you do.

If you have have health professionals tell you to stop, and not show you a way back, you deserve to find health professionals that will! Send me a DM for more info
