We would like to welcome our newest Physio Sid Behl to Hindmarsh Physio and Sports.
Sid completed his Master of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia and has most recently worked in neurological rehabilitation, supporting people recovering from acquired brain injuries to improve their mobility, independence and quality of life.
Sid also has an in-depth understanding of a range of different injuries from the sporting field having worked alongside sports physiotherapists and experienced trainers in amateur Football.
With a strong interest in both neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Sid enjoys helping people regain confidence in their movement and achieve their individual goals.
Outside the clinic, Sid has a keen interest in health and fitness and trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Having experienced his own sports-related injuries, he understands the frustration that pain and movement restrictions can cause. This perspective drives his commitment to providing evidence-based, long-term solutions that help people move well, reduce pain and return to the activities they enjoy.
When he's not at work, Sid enjoys playing drums, guitar, bass and singing, spending time outdoors on nature walks, and catching up with friends and family.
Sid will be consulting on Mondays and Fridays, and we're delighted to welcome him to the team.
