People just never get shown what’s REALLY driving them.

Most climbing injuries don’t happen because climbers are “weak.”

They happen because the demands of climbing are weirdly specific.

Finger loading.
Long hangs.
Shoulder control overhead.
Pulling strength at awkward angles.
Huge volume through tiny structures.

That’s why generic rehab often misses the mark.

Tamara climbs herself, so she actually understands the difference between:
“My shoulder hurts”
and
“My shoulder hurts halfway through an overhang after three hard attempts.”
