Hi everyone,

Just a quick and friendly update about our CBCT services over the next few weeks.

Our CBCT radiographer will be away on a locum placement in Western Australia from Monday 13 July, returning to her usual hours on Tuesday 11 August.

We’re doing our best to find someone to cover CBCTs during this time. So far we haven’t had any luck, but if anything changes we’ll let you know straight away.

All OPGs and Lateral Cephs will continue as normal. Patients can still walk in with their referral form, and Medicare coverage remains exactly the same, with us bulk billing all eligible examinations.

Only CBCTs will be affected. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while we work through this.

Hobart Dental Imaging will be closed for the Easter break commencing Wednesday 1st April and reopening Tuesday 7th April. Emails will be monitored during this time.

Commencing next week, Monday March 2nd, Hobart Dental Imaging will move to a temporary four‑day week. We will be open from Tuesday to Friday throughout March as I head off on my annual trip to the UK to spend time with family and friends. I will still be able to access and monitor my email (amandahobartxray@gmail) during this period for any queries. All referrals and general emails should continue to be sent to [email protected] as usual.

CBCTS WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE 2 DAYS A WEEK DURING THIS PERIOD , APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MADE ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS
Our new staff member, Louise will be working Tuesday to Friday, and is very experienced, having worked in the dental industry for many years.

Our normal hours will resume after the Easter break.

We truly appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause your patients.
