BODYSYSTEM’s Rehab Studio Weekly Solo Pass, is designed for individuals confident in independently completing their prescribed exercise program without supervision.

- Start by consulting with one of our Practitioners to determine if Solo sessions are suitable for you.
- Your initial step involves a one on one consultation to refine your current program and ensure you can safely use the equipment.
- The cost of your first week pass is included in this consultation fee.

✅ A Weekly Solo Pass costs the same as a single supervised Small Group session
✅ Flexibility to attend as often as you like within our operating hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
✅ We offer discounts when your purchase in 6 or 12-week block purchases.
✅ Monthly calendars detailing block-out times are available in the Rehab Studio, on our website tab and social media platforms.

To maintain program effectiveness, a one on one review every 6 months is required. For form advice or program progressions, you can book a Small Group supervised session or a one on one session for a full program review.

SPORTING INJURIES ARE COMMON
Sporting activities place high demands on the upper limb, and injuries to the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder are common across all levels of participation.
Whether it’s a ball sport, racquet sport, cycling, or gym training, upper limb injuries can significantly impact daily function and performance.
Hand therapy practitioners are trained to assess these injuries early and guide effective rehabilitation for optimal recovery.
