Heart-Based Work&Coaching Work with the heart is very impactful. The US Heart Based Institute developed it into a deeply-reach Below is a brief descriptions of the two modalities offered.

Heart Based Work is: utilising the true or 2nd heart that receives and distributes a fine frequency of energy which, once working, has the ability to work for physical, emotional and mental health issues. Long-term the heart, and more refined mind-heart balance, offers the deepest form of help, wellbeing, healing, enjoyment and fulfilment. Initially utilised Heart Based Work may be followed by the

deep emotional clearing work of the Heart Based Therapeutics work (heartbased.org). Some of our practitioners also offer Reiki treatments

Reiki is: ‘Rei’ (universal energy) ‘Ki’ (life energy) is channelled. Reiki is very deep-reaching, removing underlying cause(s) of illness for healing and wellbeing. Several Reiki energies are utilised. All practitioners are Reiki and Reiki Tummo qualified. Reiki Tummo and its deeper Shing Chi (finer Reiki) has even deeper-reaching abilities. Reiki, like most natural healing modalities, is based on energy. Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Bach-flower work, etc. are examples for this. "Energy precedes matter" (Einstein) meaning, whatever changes energetically, needs to come first before physical changes, greater health or help with health issues can take place. Why Reiki may be the modality that helps you beyond what you achieved up to now, in terms of health and wellbeing, because it balances energy and it adds energy. Reiki sessions can have heart-work elements included for even greater impact and healing outcomes. Sessions are available at a range of locations in Southern Tasmania.
