Narelle Dickinson (She/her) Narelle is a highly experienced Clinical psychologist and corporate change maker. She divides her time between her role as Founder/Director of the successful multidisciplinary clinic Lotus Health and Psychology, where she supports people experiencing psychological distress, particularly during periods of reproductive trauma, and progressing her work in transformational

organisational change and leadership development. As a Clinical and Health Psychologist and fertility counsellor, she speaks with people about a whole range of issues, but most often, clients come to discuss their infertility, or the treatment they are undertaking to help them achieve a pregnancy, including donor conception and surrogacy. She has a particular passion for working with people who have experienced pregnancy or neonatal loss. She brings a wealth of experience to her role as trainer, facilitator and career coach, with a diverse personal experience that encompasses the Government, NGO and private sectors. She has earned respect for her design and implementation of organisational career development and transition strategies for organisations, and is recognised for her high impact coaching with emerging leaders across a broad range of industry sectors. She is passionate about creating solutions for individuals in their personal lives and careers, particularly during times of critical transition. She is a Churchill Fellowship recipient and holds current governance positions the Fertility Society of Australia and New Zealand, the QLD Prostitution Licensing Authority, and the Psychology Board of Australia, and has an established track record of organisational governance roles.
