Great News, Burdekin. Dr Shin Sakata is now consulting out of Home Hill Surgery every month. Please ring 07 4782 1479 to book a consultation. A GP referral is needed. Please send all referrals to [email protected] or drop in to see our friendly staff to book an appointment.
