This morning I’m waking up with those day after dancing feelings, thanks to a friends birthday last night, the perfect dance floor and an inspired playlist!

Whether in the dark or under party lights, I believe there’s an energy exchange that happens when you share a space with dancers, and of course tje joy of movement and self expression.

Tonight betwen 7.30-8.30pm, we’ll be dancing, as always, to a ⭐️fantastic⭐️ playlist, but NEXT week I’ve got a theme night planned… we’re going to be ‘Burning up the dance floor!’

We’re over halfway through winter and whether you’re enjoying cosy days indoors or longing for the sun, it’s time to celebrate both!

I’m looking for songs about summer, fire and smoking hot dancers. Songs that warm our souls and make us sweat!

It’s also a chance to remind you what a wonderful time of year it is to dance! When the dancing is hot but the weather is not!

Yes, winter is the perfect time to enjoy NLNL. The hall is at its darkest, and it feels SO energising to work up a sweat on a frosty night! (This is one winter activity that is never affected by the weather).

As always, the playlist will cover many genres and decades of music. Because we love variety at NLNL Hurstbridge!

So make the most of winter and join us tonight AND next week for a dance that will warm you up and shake away the winter blues.
