7 years ago today, I fulfilled my long held wish to walk the beautiful Dunure Labyrinth. Located just outside the village of Dunure in Scotland, at the base of a small cliff, overlooking the ocean, overlooked by the ruins of a castle. Paths of slate chips making a magical sound as I walked. Each path defined by Scottish thistles and other flowers and plants. The sound of the ocean in the background. Watched over by a large bird of some kind as I walked. The memories of that day rest in my heart forever 💙👣🍥

This week, the mornings have been a little cooler, the air holding that soft edge between seasons. No longer Summer but not yet really Autumn. It's as though the days are not in a hurry to become anything.

The light moves differently, the Sun rises more northerly. Almost like there’s a space in between where nothing is required, where we can simply be.

It is often here in these open places that something subtle begins to shift, without forcing, simply allowing. Perhaps today, you might notice where a little more space is already waiting for you 💙
