Just a little update for everyone

At this stage (pending any cancellations), I am currently booked out for approximately the next 8 weeks.

I do keep and actively work through a cancellation list, so if you would like to be added, please feel free to reach out. However, I do ask for understanding that being placed on the cancellation list does not guarantee an appointment will become available.

If you know you’re needing ongoing sessions, pre-booking is highly recommended to help secure a spot that works for you.

Living with an autoimmune condition can often feel like living in a body that never truly gets the chance to fully exhale.

Conditions such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue presentations and other inflammatory conditions can place enormous stress on not only the body…

but also the nervous system as a whole.

At Body Alchemy Clinic, treatment is not approached from a “push harder” mindset.

While deeper massage can sometimes feel appealing in the moment. Many people experiencing autoimmune or chronic inflammatory conditions may benefit more from gentle, nervous-system-oriented care that supports the body without overwhelming it.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy offers a softer and more regulation-focused approach, working with:

✨ A little clinic update ✨

The new window artwork for Body Alchemy Clinic is finally installed and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it came together.

A huge thank you to BluPrint Inverell for bringing my vision to life and doing such a beautiful job with both the print quality and installation. The process was easy from start to finish and seeing it finally up on the windows makes everything feel that little bit more real 💜

It feels incredibly special watching Body Alchemy Clinic slowly evolve into the space I always imagined it could become.

Can you believe we’re already into the second month of 2026? 🫣

I know I’ve been a little quiet on socials lately, and I appreciate your patience. Behind the scenes, it’s been a full season of deep focus — finishing off my thesis as part of the final leg of my Advanced Diploma, and updating my signage to better reflect where Body Alchemy Clinic is heading.

I also want to acknowledge those of you who’ve been patiently waiting for a message about appointment availability. Please know I have been diligently working through my cancellation list and will continue to do so as spaces open up.

🎄 Holiday Break Notice 🎄

As the year draws to a close, I’ll be taking a much-needed break to rest, reset, and recharge.

From 5:30pm Friday 19th December until 10:00am Monday 5th Jan , I’ll be offline and won’t be responding to client messages during this time. Clients can still book and manage appointments online via my booking link:

This pause allows me to return in the New Year feeling refreshed and fully present for the work I love and the people I’m fortunate to work with.

✨ Holiday Break Announcement ✨

It’s that time of year again, and I wanted to give everyone a gentle heads-up that I’ll be taking a much-needed break over the holiday period.

My last day of trade will be Friday, December 19th,
and I’ll be back in clinic on Monday, January 5th.

At this stage, my next available appointment is January 9th.

If you’re one of my lovely regular clients and you’re unsure when your next scheduled appointment is, please feel free to reach out. With many people heading away over the holidays, there may be someone else hoping to secure your spot if you don’t need it.

Closed for Training & Development

I’m currently closed for training and professional development and will reopen on Monday, 10th November 2025.

It’s hard to believe we’re already nearing the end of 2025!
I’ve been looking ahead at my calendar and wanted to give everyone a little heads-up — I now only have 1, 60 min appointment left in November and just a handful available in December.

If you’ve been thinking about booking in before the year wraps up, now’s definitely the time to secure your spot so you don’t miss out.

I’ll be keeping my cancellation list open right up until my last day of trade — December 19, so if your preferred time isn’t available, I’m more than happy to pop you on there.
The list will start fresh again when I return on January 5, 2026.
